I am an accredited yoga therapist and meditation coach, ALL ABOUT THE MIND.
My mission is to help people rediscover their happy and healthy state of being while solving the global need to address low mental wellness.
I envision harmonious communities where a new conscious and blissful era can be born.
I’ve been a Yoga Therapist for 14 years.
My master's degree in health science and psychology background, combined with my interest in spirituality, led me to found Kat's Yoga Lab, a complementary therapy company for behavioral health and drug rehab. I’m proud that The Yoga Lab helped hundreds return to the path toward wholeness.
Inspired by their transformations, in 2017, I wrote and published Lifted: Inspired Yogic Practices For Physical And Mental Well-Being and audio Meditation Practices for Stress & Anxiety.
